Genesis
Genesis is the first book of the Old Testament. It begins with an account of creation, of the beginning of manifest man and the manifest universe; the Hebrew name is Sepher Berashith, “book of creations” or “book of unfolding.”
Metaphysically, Genesis points to the new birth and to the perfection of man in the regeneration.
