Matthew

Matthew’s Gospel is presented as a firsthand account of many of the events recorded – since Matthew (sometimes called Levi) was an actual disciple of Jesus. Metaphysically, Matthew represents our spiritual faculty of will. In the body this faculty is associated with the forehead.
